On the film front, Samantha Akkineni was last seen in the film ‘Jaanu’. After that, she made her debut on the digital Platform with The Family Man 2. However, she will next be seen in the Telugu mythological drama Shaakuntalam. It is helmed by Gunashekar and bankrolled by Dil Raju. The film will hit cinemas next year.
