Veteran director K Raghavendra Rao has announced a sequel to his 1996
blockbuster Pelli Sandadi on the exactly 24 years of the release date. K
Raghavendra Rao is making his comeback after a while with this musical
romantic family drama sequel. According to well-placed sources in the industry
report that Srikanth’s eldest son Roshan Meka to play the male lead role in
the movie.
Even there is another buzz that makers are planning to rope Late Sridevi’s
youngest daughter Khushi Kapoor for the female lead role. If everything goes
right then, Khushi will make her acting debut with this Telugu movie. The
storyline and the script work of the film are in process. Shiva Shakti Datta
and Sreedhar Seepana penning the story.

Besides this the movie to hit the floors soon. Pelli Sandadi 2 produced by
Baahubali makers Arka Media Works in association with RK Film Associates.
While MM Keeravani already started the recording of songs for the movie. The
director K Raghavendra Rao took to his Twitter and revealed the crew members
name by sharing a small video clip. However, there is no confirmation on the
female lead actress for the movie, and the movie release date is also not yet
announced.
