Comedian and actor Javeed Jaaferi’s Son Meezaan Jaaferi is all set to
entertain the fans with his upcoming comedy-drama film Hungama 2. Besides
that, he is in the headlines for his rumours regarding the romance with Navya
Naveli Nanda, granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan. Several times Meezaan Jaaferi
refused and denied these kinds of rumours. In a recent interview with ETimes,
the actor revealed and talked about the effect of these rumours which he is
facing at home from his parents.
The interviewer asked Meezaan Jaaferi “If it was awkward visiting Jalsa?”. In
response to this, he said “At that time, it was awkward for me to enter my own
house. My parents were giving me looks. And they were like ‘what is this?’ and
I was like ‘even I don’t know’. I last went there (Jalsa) when they hosted a
Diwali bash. The entire industry was there”. Further, he continued saying that
he last attended the Diwali bash in 2019 at jalsa. His statement reads
“Honestly, me and Navya are really close friends and I think because of me,
her name has come up in a lot of places and that is unfair. It’s her private
life. I don’t want to include any of her family. It’s really unfair to be
talking about someone else at this point of time”.
The actor Meezaan Jaaferi further said that all the industry is attending the
Jalsa, he told “Speaking of the presence of paparazzi outside Jalsa, he added,
“I last went there when they hosted a Diwali bash. The entire industry was
there. Jalsa is actually a monument, you cannot be missed by the paparazzi if
you go there”. Later he denied all the rumours of having a relationship with
her and he said she is his best friend. He said “We’re from the same friends’
circle. She’s my sister’s bestie and a really good friend. I’m not in any
relationship with anyone” he concluded.
Meanwhile, talking about the work of Meezaan Jaaferi, he made his Bollywood
debut along with Sanja Leela Bhansali’s niece Sharmin Segal in the romantic
drama Malaal. He will next be seen sharing the screen with Paresh Rawal,
Shilpa Shetty And Parineetha Subhas in the comedy-drama Hungama 2. The film
will be streamed on Disney Plus Hotstar.
