Dadasaheb Phalke Awardee, Superstar Mahesh babu’s 26th film Sarileru Neekevvaru teaser has been released on Friday after much fanfare. This is the first time an unlock feature is being used for a telugu film on twitter for announcing the teaser launch time. Anil Ravipudi, who enjoyed success with his last film F2 – Fun and Frustration is the Director of the movie. After receiving positive reviews from Critics for Dear Comrade, Rashmika Mandanna is playing the leading lady in Sarileru Neekevvaru for the first time opposite a Big Star.
The teaser starts with Dialogue about Armed forces safeguarding the nation. Mahesh is shown in two different looks as a Powerful Army Major rescuing and protecting the people and as a common man in Kurnool fighting with local rowdies and politicians.

The movie has a replica set of Konda Reddy Buruju was constructed in Ramoji Film City with an estimated cost of ₹4 crores. It is produced by AK Entertainments, Sri Venkateswara Creations, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
The star cast also features Aadhi Pinisetty, Prakash Raj, Pradeep Rawat, Hari Teja, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Prasad, Subbaraju, Vennela Kishore and Anasuya Bharadwaj in prominent roles. Veteran actress-politician VijayShanti is making a grand comeback in Silver screen after 13 years. Tamannaah has been roped in for an item number. The film was earlier scheduled to release on 12th January which would clash with Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar and Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikuntapuram lo, later the makers changed the date to 17 January 2020.
