Actually, he announced working on a hidden project named the Deverakonda Foundation (TDF; thedeverakondafoundation.org), by which he aims to help 1 lakh fresh graduate get jobs. Vijay has declared 1.30 crore funds for this.
He also shared an 11-minute video clip in which the actor promised through his foundation that he will have work openings and take care of urgent needs including grocery and medication.
