Earlier, Akshay has already supported the families of the martyr of the Pulwama attack in 2019. This time the actor has donated 25 crores from his savings to PM-CARES Fund. The actor shared this information today through his twitter handle in which he wrote “This is that time when all that matters in the lives of our people. And we need to do anything and everything it takes. I pledge to contribute Rs 25 crores from my savings to Narendra Modi Ji’s PM-CARES Fund. Let’s save lives, Jaan hai toh jahaan hai.

On this occasion, the actor’s wife Twinkle Khanna found standing with him proudly. She also took to Twitter to share her support where she wrote “The man makes me proud.
