Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming film Yashoda trailer has been released. It is
directed by Hareesh Narayan and Hari Shankar and shot simultaneously in Telugu
and Tamil languages. However, the movie will be having a Pan-India release on
11th November 2022. The trailer of this thriller has left everyone stunned as
Samantha impresses us with her intense performance.
The trailer starts with a dialogue by Samantha aka Yashoda asking her friend
‘if she has ever heard the sound of two heart beats in them. Only the mother
who holds her baby in the stomach can hear it.’ Samantha is shown living in
the Surrogacy centre as she chooses to give birth for a baby in return for
money. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar who is known for her versatility is playing the character who takes care of the
babies born through surrogacy. However, at her stay, Samantha starts liking a
doctor, played by Unni Mukundan. Later, she comes to know of the illegal
activities that were happening at the centre after one of her friends goes
missing. Yashoda tries to find out the truth and throws herself in dangerous
situations. The trailer also shows Samantha doing some action scenes. In
another scene, Yashoda is seen pointing the gun towards her love interest.
After surprising us with her action skills in The Family Man 2, Samantha is
here to impress us with yet another action flick. She got specially trained by
Hollywood stuntman Yannick Ben who trained her for ‘The Family Man’ too.

The Background by Mani Sharma looks flawless. Cinematography is done by M.
Sukumar and edited by Marthand K Venkatesh. The movie also has Rao Ramesh,
Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, and Shatru in the important roles
