Milky actress Tamannaah Bhatia became obsessed with her health and fitness
since she got tested positive with Covid. She likes to keep herself strong and
fit by doing the exercises. For the past few days, she is frequently sharing
her workout video clips. These video clips are inspiring the fans and making
them rush towards the gym. Now she has come again with another video clip in
which she is doing exercise.
Tamannaah Bhatia took to her Instagram handle to post this video clip from her
gym. In the video clip, Tamannaah is seen lifting a weight bar. She has been
working out hard since the recovery from Covid. Now, after two months, she
feels that she gained her pre-covid Physique. She credits the body change to
her consistency as it has been her key to success. Indeed, she is motivating
us to hit the gym for some time now. Tamannaah Bhatia is wearing a sports bra
and track pants. The actress penned the caption as “You don’t have to be

Lately, she has shared as picture of her with the girl gang from the gym. She

On the work front, Tamannaah Bhatia last performed in the Sarileru Neekevvaru
as a special guest. She will be next seen in the upcoming film Seetimaarr. The
film is led by Gopichand and helmed by Sampath Nandi and the makers planned
the film to release in mid-2020 but the pandemic the makers stopped the
shooting.
