Bollywood queen, the glamourous Katrina Kaif will join Ali Abbas Zafar once again for a woman super-hero film with a lead role. The actress has already worked with Zafar in ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and ‘Bharat’ movies.
Director Ali Abbas Zafar tried to make a franchise based on the commercially successful landmark movie ‘Mr. India’, directed by Shekhar Kapur and released in 1987. After facing many disputes, Zafar has dropped the plan of a franchise based on ‘Mr. India’ and has decided to make a woman super-hero film with Zee studio team. The film is expected to have a budget of more than 90 crores.
Katrina is expected to start practicing stunts for the film as soon as this quarantine situation gets over. Katrina has given huge commercially successful films in her career. According to Zafar, Katrina is at the peak of her career currently.
On the professional front, Katrina is waiting for the release of her upcoming movie Sooryavanshi, which got delayed due to pandemic caused by COVID-19.
